Where are sections 1 through 3?  Where is section 4B, and perhaps sections 4G, H, I, etc.  How about section 5 through whatever?

Mr. Collins... if you're going to post "facts"... post ALL the facts please.  Seems to me it would have been easier to just post the entire document then to cherry pick certain provisions.  Might lead some to believe you are posting only the provisions that support your position rather than ALL the provisions.
