From what I have seen as far as dilution goes, You dont typically see the Company vehemently denying it if they are indeed diluting... they pretty much ignore it or confirm it...  we have several documented cases where they say specifically they are not diluting.  that is usually enough for me... i think we got to 7 from VCTY selling and everyone else trying to get cheapies knowing we have been this low before.... i like a run off a triple bottom... also has been one huge descending wedge since feb.  going to explode soon... love to see us break that .0038... but they 3s are good ... hope we get answer from the Lawyers this week and meger confirmed and the move starts... oh, and promo too... ill be posting daily on my promo software... as soon as it shows up i will post.  It showed the june 26th promo.
