didnt treaty say they are not going to be releasing flow rates before 2 weeks have passed since they 'hit' oil on any well? and bull said he is staying quiet so treaty can make the announcement. assuming we hit something tonight we would have to wait 2 weeks to get the flow rates?!?!?!
