As I said before, look at the SEC public records.  Who is the CEO of record? Who is the CFO of record? What do our by laws say needs to be done to change that?  Based on that, does the release that JC sent out recently without my approval contains proven facts? The answers are all there very clearly.

I'm not worried because I don't think he even read the bylaws before yesterday.  JC came on this board yesterday and saw somebody said the by laws where on the SEC website. He asked for the link. He came back and said the link was bad and got a better one.  How in the world did he not know we filed our bylaws with the SEC publicly 6 years ago?
