Steve, what is your feeling going foward, I realize we have taken a beating today on the pps, and these unthinkable problems that have surfaced, whats it going to take to get back on track?  Is the Q going to do it.  I know you want the best for the company but in all reality how does all of this affect us in the near future (in your own opinion).
