A few words:
1) Steve has shown to be incredibly unreliable when it comes to getting things done when he says they are going to get done (i.e., failed countdown, release of 10k, etc.). I do not expect a statement from his attorneys today and I would be surprised if we got it this week. He builds anticipation and constantly falls incredibly short on delivery.
2) For Steve to say there was "no shareholders meeting" is an insult to you and my intelligence. It was advertised as a shareholders meeting, shareholders came with that in mind, and company issues were discussed. It's a BS statement. I don't like it.
3) The fact that JC and Steve are fighting each other on a message board is one of the most surreal things I've ever witnessed. But honestly, I can't say that I am surprised because they have posted here and on Ihub in the past "defending" the company. Like I said before, let your RESULTS do the talking. Good financials silence naysayers. That should have been their approach.
4) On that same topic, I know that many of you feel the need to "defend" this stock on Ihub. I have also heard at least once that people feel it necessary because it's a top hit on Google. That's silly. Ihub is one big fire and you're the kindling. That fire doesn't rage without you. And don't underestimate investors. Most of them do a bit of research before putting their money places - it takes more than a few "LOLZZZZ" posts and posts calling the CEO a loser for them to make their decision. You're not defending ANYONE by going over there and you're only wasting your time.
5) I know there is a PunchTV station - I have watched it. There are also advertisers. I have also seen Punch on the Clearvision page. I know that revs are up. Other than the bizarre infighting, this is an actual fgrowing company with revenues. Hopefully, they get their act together and inspire their investors and potential investors. We could use some inspiration.
6) But, really more than anything - I want the truth. JC saying one thing, Steve saying something else. I realize that many here feel a 'closeness' with Steve as he was integral to many of us initially investing here. But, I don't know these guys and they aren't my friends. The facts need to be made clear. So let's keep emotion out of this part and let's let the facts concerning this situation (as we learn of them) speak for themselves.
Best of luck.
