Here's a question I haven't seen asked: According to Collins' documents, he notified the SEC on 4/22/13 (Monday of last week).

Why was none of this brought to light until Friday?

How could Samblis not have known? How could Collins have not told him all week? How would Samblis have not found out?

Why didn't Collins publicly post his "PR" until Friday, if he sent in the complaint on Monday?

Too many things that make you go "huh?", "what?", and "hmmmmmm".
