Well, i don't think it's neccessary a bad thing.   We can't get out of .0001 because all the shorting so this will force some bid.  Also if there is a good development accompanied the r/s, it could be good.  To me I am very surprise by this move as the O/S is only about 50% of A/S.  So this move could be very good for the share holders.  If the O/S is also reduced that would be the best way to go forward.
