Ofspring sent me Lieberman's bio yesterday on the coffee board.  I guess he wanted me to know how impressed he is with Lieberman's long list of failures and failed and no bid companies.  Today we see another 3+ billion shares on the bid, so I guess William is going to max out the A/S before doing the 1000 to 1 reverse split he is so famous for.  William will then revive the dead MMTE shell and start printing all over again, because that is his history.  I wonder what MMTE will be or do in the next go around?  Lets see, diamond mining, gold mining, oil drilling, and golf products before the name change.  Mammoth Energy once was Technigen Corporation, which made golf related products.
