Enjoyed that aricle on Mr. Buffett. He says he likes to study failure to see why businesses fail.  In a word complacency. That is one key.  I like to study success as well.  The kinds of people that can solve problems.  Because the thing we all have is problems.  The leaders, the successful people, are able to rise above the problems and solve them.  Too many people let circumstances define who they are or could have been.   My best to you,   Jim
