GM, you get your posting out of the way early and then go to work. It does make sense for NorthCal to buy HIMR. No SEC to mess with, no constant filing, no stockholders to answer to, basically no HIMR employees, although they would probably retain what few they have, they would have the Tigerlynk, which  is what HIMR has to offer, and they get all the profits. One good concession and NorthCal could afford to buy them. And with control of the Tigerlynk plus NorthCal's connections, they would dominate the underwater timber harvesting. Just hope if this comes about we stockholders would reap some nice benefits from the sale.
