Maybe this could bring about some changes to the structure.... It would be nice to have one or two more on the board. Being that the goal here is an eventual uplist it would be a good thing to have more than 2 ppl on the BOD. It also might avoid all of this stuff because there would have to be an actual meeting to have this kind of thing decided on.
