I agree with you on these points.  I believe this he said/she said stuff (so to speak) should have been left out of the public's eye until it was resolved.  Wish I could turn back the clock and correct the way this was handled.  No matter who is right in this situation, we shareholders are the only ones being hurt.  Hopefully, our pps will overcome this squabble.
