Right, and the Board being only 2 people JC & SS... so is there some legal loophole real or perceived by JC that would remove SS??  idk.. im no business law buff by any means...BUT,  No matter what anyone thinks of JC's actions.  Is he really nuts enought to do it w/o consulting legal advice??  He MUST feel he has a leg to stand on? somewhere somehow he feels SS actions have removed himself from power or from the Board leaving only JC??  ow..my brain hurts..
