Really, this is painful.  The upfront, the K, 1st Q on its way... was looking so promising.  Why now indeed. How the hell do you make it all the way to the event horizon together and let a wrench fall into the gears??

Im sure Joeseph was advised before his actions, and Steve is being advised now.  I get the feeling this will not be a clean cut as we hope.  Wish it was all in house.
