The board is JC and myself. So, I would have to attend any and all board meetings. It was Peter and I. When Peter left we appointed JC to replace him.. This was in Nov of last year. The time of service of board members is one year but can be subject to employment contracts. My contract which I signed in 2005 has a 30 year term. The only amendment to my contract was the beginning of 2011 when we added a single bonus credit for me for 5 years. You can see that in the K and Q that year.
