That statement is a complete lie. There is nothing in the Q or
K that is misleading, false or inaccurate. That is not even possible, the auditors review every contract, bank statement, all invoices etc. They spent 5 days in our offices looking at everything. Again, we are planning on addressing JCs false statements this week. Our attorneys are dealing with the proper response and actions against the parties involved. Due to the severity of his actions, this is all I can say at this time. I will just say this will change nothing for the companies growth plan.
