hey check my chart, i can "chart" better than i can explain...honest opinion

its not that icpa doesnt have great things goin for it..we HAVE TO FIGHT HARD TO BREAK THE DOWNTREND...

afterall its pennyland....and not all see icpa as we do....as 99% of pennies never go anywhere

some say charts dont matter, and thats cool as sometimes charts are way off, tho they have helped me make a great living thus far....as i will stick with them..the key is to evolve as the market evolves....

this time around....honestly and sadly icpa is stuck in a rough time.....it must break resistence lines to break the trend...
