Bao still has 45000 tons ore at port which was delayed due to 1 arm of govt not knowing what the other was doing last year in the midst of rapidly changing export regs resulting from govts efforts to solve a boots on the ground problem re illegal mines w red tape. why sudden problem w illegal iron mines???? -because of the current huge profit for juniors- iron was only 10-14/ton til 2002 due to China oddly setting the price in negotiations w 1 big producer and then everybody would fall in line-that odd buyer monopoly price fixing has been replaced by a freer market model.
