Yeah, and some don't take a paycheck for years!  Just watch the shark tank! They ask this question all the time. Maybe not the best comparison, but it is along those lines. This company is still in it's infancy so to speak, and to take that much money out of the company to pay yourself is not a good idea, IMO. Although, Steve has put tons of his own money back into the company (well at least when it was ICPA).
