From many of the comments that I am seeing here, there is so much angst - which drives a lot of name-calling and insulting remarks.  Though I agree that Joseph and Steve have made some troubling mistakes during this conflict, I think it is also troubling that some of us here, resort (out of anger) to insulting the two men who have put a lot of work into this company to get it to where it is at today, which has created the opportunity for us to make money in the first place.  I believe that we should have more respect for our officers, when stating our grievances.  To me, that would be equal to the professionalism that we expect from the officers.  Let's strive to keep up "standards" on our side of the contract too.  I have marveled all along how Steve and Joseph have accomplished so much.  I do hope (and believe) that they can clean up their acts too, and get us back to where we should be.  I hope I have not offended anyone.
