Good Morning All. I have been busy with family issues, and may not be posting much this week. However, I suggest that one thing everyone may want to consider is the float. How can HIMR have a float of 4.6 billion shares, if the O/S is down to 4.189 billion shares? The answer, in my opinion, is that it cannot. I suspect that the reason the float is listed so high is because of the arrangements made with some of the creditors who have agreed to take a percentage of future profits. It may be that their shares are still be carried as part of the float until Brazil grants HIMR their first concessions.
