Well I was thinking the same thing but in all honesty Joseph doesn't know how to run a publicly traded company so be probably isn't going about filing the complaint in a right way. Just like he didn't go abou posting the news in the right way. Doesn't seem like e has a clue but instead was just trying to attack without understanding everything. May be the same issue with the discrepency they are having. I can file a complaint with the SEC too and no one would know until someone in the office reads through 50 million pink stock complaints and finds it lol. Even then thy would probably just discard it and move on to more important things.
