Steve I 100% agree with you and think legal action is in order because Joseph has not only put PNCH in jeopardy with SEC but has crushed shareholder value. I think it is about money in one way or another and his actions has also hit your financial value being the largest shareholder here at PNCH. This should have been handle in private and Joseph is way out of line and hugely unprofessional. Stand your ground and don't let him push you out. We believe in you, and handle this situation with the most serious actions if need. Thanks joey
