From the Desk of Joseph Collins

This is for public notice that on Monday April 22, 2013 - I utilizing the powers of the Board of Directors and as a stockholder in IC Punch Media,Inc., took actions and filed a complaint to the Securities Exchange Commission asking them to investigate our Company.

As a senior officer of the company, and Chairman of the Board, it is my duty to do everything within my power to protect the integrity of our company and our investors.  It has become more than clear to me that our Company is having severe governance issues.  After pleading with Steven Samblis for months verbally and in writing, to let's get these things cleared up. There was delay tactic after delay tactic.   After the Q and K was filed by Steven Samblis solely without being reviewed by the Board, without Board approval and with blatant disregard for protocol, not to mention that the information regarding our corporate structure is 100% incorrect in accordance with the contracts that the Company has with its senior management.  I was left with no other choice but to file a complaint with the SEC. I want to assure everyone that this is not about a hostile take over, this is about our Company being a responsible corporate citizen and keeping its contractual obligations.

I certainly regret having to take such actions, however it is my sincere hope and desire to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. I am and have extended an olive branch of opportunity to Steven Samblis to let's come together and amend the 10K and the 10Q before the investigation by the SEC begins, however it is clearly his choice.

I am firm in my decision and I believe that for our company to grow we must build on the solid foundation of integrity.
