It'll be interesting to see how Steve skirts this issue with some possible truth-stretching like he's done in other situations in the past. No matter what, he'll still be able to continue dangling the carrot in front of some loyal longs and they will shout his praises.  I bought more shares on Friday based on the allegation that Steve might not be the CEO any longer as I felt that would be a very good step for the company to take. Now I'm regretting my decision to buy more shares as it sounds like he still has control. Interesting developments here to say the least.
