That is exactly it in a nutshell.He wants to cash some out when the time comes that he can & I too feel he's gotten increasingly fustrated at the lack of increases in the PPS like many and has selfishly decided to lash out "for the good of all shareholders".

Trouble is Rev.... the "good" that you want to achieve is actually screwing alot of people right now.

One question I would like to ask the good reverend is:

WWJD to you right now if he was a shareholder?
