Some more thought...  We are owners PNCH: IC Punch Media, Inc.

Punch TV is nothing more than an asset acquired by Steve and IC Punch Media, Inc.

Therefore, *if* Collins were to win a legal battle and take back complete ownership of Punch TV, I would assume that we are still owners of PNCH: IC Punch Media, Inc, a Steve Samblis company. I don't see any way Joseph could take that from him.

Joseph would once again own a private company, television network, that would never be seen or heard of again.

We, as owners of PNCH: IC Punch Media would still generate all the revs from the airport deals, doctors offices, etc and maybe develop content for distribution on other networks.

Just some more speculation but I think we'll be good here.
