PR screams phony, IMO. The word disgruntled in the first line was the first (somewhat hilarious) red flag. No way would a serious PR say that. Another flag: No Safe Harbor statement. And then there's the SEC’s Code of Ethics, heh. There's a SEC Code Of Ethics Disclosure for companies, but the phrase as written is incorrect.
