Yes over the last three days straight, I've been communicating with both parties. Frank has been busy setting up the store on the site, ordering/designing merchandise. He also has been emailing sh. Jim has actually phone called a few as well. Most topics I've had with Jim are/were marketing related and not financing, and or dilution/conversions. I had planned on calling him again next Wednesday and will address those issues. I like to have the most recent ss in had before I address the more recent of the two increases. Jim did tell me last week that there likely would be more conversions but smaller in nature vrs the beginning of the year. The 53mil IMO, was F3 (holsh originally had dug up material that would support this)the 55mil most recently reported, is what I'm not sure of. If we are to believe this week is conversions, it would be the most reckless of all conversions demonstrated too date. Either way we would have to be close to being done, I hope!
