Mr. Samblis is the CEO, CFO and Chairman of IC Punch Media, Inc. the board has never voted to change Mr. Samblis from his positions. There has been no filing with the SEC changing the CEO, and there are no plans to do so.
A non authorized notice which looks like a press release was sent out to a free posting website recently. This press release did not come from the corporate offices of the company and was not authorized by the company.
CEO Steve Samblis was recently made aware of the non authorized release which was sent out while he was traveling. Our corporate attorneys are now preparing to address the egregious action and we plan on prosecuting to the fullest existent of the law the individuals responsible for this and any other actions they may perpetrated against the company.
