there are 2 things. 1) q1 financials. it will post biggest profit ever. 2) FHFA chief will be replaced. If the gov.  changed and allow  FNMA to reduced debt shareholders will own company with last year and this year profit FNMA can see at least 50 dollars within 2 years. Even they didn't change c-ship with coming profit easy to hit 2 dollars plus. it will be a nice swing trade after 1 dollar.
