What this looks like it amounts to is a pissing contest between Joe Collins and Samblis.  More of my two cents - if you can't confront a man (or woman) to their face and work over an issue, it shows cowardice and backstabbing.  Sounds like Samblis stole Collin's shine to me..  I may be wrong, but hey..  happens all the time in the corporate world.  That's a fact Jack!
