That is not enough Joe! Why did you do this? Why get the SEC involved Joe? You do know that they may Halt this stock, right? How is that going to help your shareholders? You are causing more damage than there needs to be! Why is it that you cannot work things out with Steve??

If you truly value your shareholders (I'm beginning to wonder) then you will give us a full explanation as to why you think it was warranted to go to the SEC!
