If this is all just a misunderstanding, then why did Joseph not talk to Steve prior to going to the SEC with all this? It makes no sense. Why put your company as a whole in a negative light? The shareholders suffered and will continue to suffer greatly because of this ridiculousness! I mean really, talk it out, hammer it out, but for god sakes don't contact the SEC! That is a big goof up IMO!
