So assuming drilling pipe is not available at the local Ace Hardware, must TNC retrieve it from their yard or is this type of product available to rent locally ?

Let me retract that. That was the truck delivering the pipe because we NEEDED it. There have been so many delays I instantly think another one could come at anytime
