if Geo and all the many other defendants personally and corporately have no assets that are subject to judgment that would be true-

but in that case why would Geo continue w the Texas case and fail to contest the Ca case -knowing the awards in the Calif case could be many many times greater than the max award Geo could obtain in the limited jurisdiction of the Texas case? thereby making the Texas case at least partially useless. An enforcement of judgment battle is what i was hinting at in my last post.
