What keeps me positive is that Matt let us know what was going on through the business description, If he was out, he wouldn't have done that. No reason to do that unless he actually has something in the works. Lets hope he comes through
Business Description
Baron Capital's website is down due to its host server in the Netherlands via Devtek being attached and wiped clean.
Baron will setup hosting with GoDaddy and try to rebuild the site from the latest back-up copy Devtek has.
The financials for the Company will be filed from the 3rd qtr through the first qtr in the coming weeks.
The Loans due from RIGH are all in default the total exceeds $260,000. RIGH does not want to pay of issue anymore stock to offset the loans, Baron may be forced to seek recovery and force the company to honor its debt.

Once the financials have been updated the Company can make public announcements.
