Hardly the case, KMAG have been open and transparent.
KMAG CEO buyback is under way by the fact the pps is trading in a channel now.
Filings are up-to-date and 2Q will be at end this month.
No dilution has taken place, check the TA.
Profits are recorded and no debt.
Manipulation by 3rd parties has subsided. You know what I mean.
