Guibo, astute techie that you are, the financial impact of GOSY licensing could be enormous on their income and balance sheets. For the last few years, GOSY's burn rate has been $250K to 350K per year. So if GOSY closed a $500K tech licensing deal they would have net profit before taxes of $150K to 250K. Since GOSY has several million dollars in tax loss carry forwards, GOSY would pay NO taxes on that $150K to 250K. GOSY would be net profitable and not owe any taxes.
