He knew the future of ICPA and REALLY wants to take a position but wish to get in at a deep discount price, so he's there trying his hardest to affect the weakhads. I don't think he's really waitig for the sub penny like he said, he might just hate that he missed the lower 1's and wish the price could drop back there again so he could jump on the train.  Now we need some deep pocket support from outside of the ihub board, so the low volume couldn't drag the price down so easy. With the puch tv deal and ezvip reality show, I think we'll have some big investors coming on board soon.
