I'm building a golf course on the Brown which will be cost effective becasue there are many empty holes ready to landscape around.  I just need to clear all the old pumping equipment out before I renovate the club house/restaurant.  I'm calling it the "Brown Hole Country Club".   The TV ad slogan will say "you don't want to bend over when picking up your balls at the Brown Hole".
