At one time there was a lot of talk about Epic and Elite doing a reverse merger.  I don't see much reference to that now.  However, I don't think we can underestimate the connection here between the two.

Is it possible that a RM would be an intermediate step for a larger company to partner or buy them out?  It would seem that a combination of the two companies would make for a pretty attractive acquisition.

Let's suppose we woke up one morning to an announcement that they were indeed doing a reverse merger.  What do you think that would do to the share price?
