(COHO:$0.0011,$0.0002,22.22%) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a comprehensive Growth and Value Plan that includes sweeping initiatives designed to position Cooper Holding (COHO:$0.0011,$0.0002,22.22%) for accelerated growth and increased financial stability.
