As I mentioned in my post after talking to Jason, he stated HIMR is not interested in promotions to attract new investors, but rather use PRs and direct communication with shareholders. So apparently HIMR agrees with you. We have big news coming-don't think we will need to spend the money on promotions. What more could an expensive promotion say that is better than announcing an agreement with NorthCal and a secured concession and lucrative financing and building Tigerlynks. So it is just wait and see now.
