Bannister just brings the merger and moves out of the way. If the company does not ultimately end up be successful it has nothing to do with her. Folks invested into ALTO after the merger had the opportunity to profit with 500-600 % gains. Check the chart when she was interim CEO.
DUSS will have the same type of run easily IMO.
