That is correct. She is an interim CEO hired for her merger and acquisition skills. Her plan is to bring a very solid merger and she has been working on it for a while now. There has been no dilution since December and no plans for any. She has brought successful mergers in the past and she will bring one for $DUSS now any day. She has emailed several investors that her number 1 goal is enhanced shareholder value.
