Jay...you should consider creating an email acct with msn, gmail or whoever u prefer for the sole purpose of stock related stuff so it doesn't bombard your primary email acct. I have an email acct created specifically for penny stock newsletters, iCrud board groups and a few other stock related signups. Once I determine something is worthwhile, I'll resubscribe with my primary email acct. the main things I have come to my primary acct are: my trading acct notifications, stock price and news alerts of specific stock tickers and board replies from this and ICrud.

I do subscribe to as many newsletters (penny stock alert) sites as I run across them, more for the purpose of keeping tabs on what is being pumped so I can aviod the ticker or be aware that something I'm already in is getting promo'd or pumped so ill know if I should monitor it closely to be ready to dump when needed.

I just delete everything in that acct about once every week or two.
