Yes after 30 odd years its about time EPA does what it is supposed to do!
Industry is still trying to stall the process but they're running on their last pair of shoes.. 
Might still take a while before the EPA & Industry gears into action but that can not be more than a year away from now, as compliance is needed by 2015, and they won't wait until the last month to start the implementation process, so I guess late 2013 we'll begin to see why we invested in MBS...
