cause of the buy out of punch, steve quoted on this ,it is stickied, havn't digested every thing but if it net profit, imo, might be revs for punch though out year, who knows, it was a 6 million buyout so????

So this is clear to people like this poster. We bought a TV network last year. Average start up cost for a network based on all the data I could find is around 100 million. I put this deal together for around 6 million we acquired the assets to give us a national TV network. . We showed that purchase as a loss on our K. That is how accounting rules work. But we did go from only 50 k in revenues to 195k.
We are a larger company then we ever have been. We are making money for the first time in years and we have dramatically increased our assets. Simply. this is the best year we have ever had.
